This AI assistant is an intelligent application that understands natural language commands and uses a conversational AI interface to help you complete your tasks, and assist you with your issues, using a web frontend for friendly access. It is your daily companion in your SUMMA ILM journey, helping you with your tasks and errors.

Usually you would start a conversation submitting your question or your problem in the conversation area. Your conversation would start with something like:

• 'My equipment is blocked'
• 'Could you help me with an error?'
• 'I heard about the theoretical stock. What's that?'
• 'What is this or that'

or

• 'I would like to do this or that'

After starting the conversation, either the AI has already an answer to propose, or it will ask additional details. So the conversation is started, eventually, the AI will propose a solution or redirect you to the corporate AI assistant, when the particular area is not yet covered.

If your are not sure how to start the conversation, you can just say a key word, AI will propose you topics you can choose from.

A conversation could look like this :

• User: 'I want to free my equipment. Can you help me?'
• AI: 'What is the User status and the System status of the equipment you want to free?'
• User : '...'

At this stage, the user is looking for the answer but then he figures out something else and wants to leave this conversation. Just answer the AI :

• User : 'Never mind'
• AI: 'OK, you can start over'

So, yes, you can leave a conversation any time answering : 'Never mind'.

This virtual assistant is continuously learning. Should you find an uncovered area, it would say it so and would propose you to try the SUMMA Corporate virtual assistant.

Remember, this virtual assistant is more business oriented, specifically trained for SUMMA ILM related matters, the corporate one is more learning oriented, covering SUMMA as a whole. The two are complementary, althoug you may find subjects covered by both.
